The Eagle Standard Forged 4340 Chromoly Steel Crankshaft (MPN: 428135435933) is engineered for the most demanding high-RPM and high-power engine builds. Featuring a non-twist forging process, this crankshaft utilizes center counterweights to provide exceptional rotating assembly stability and vibration control under extreme stress.
Each crankshaft is manufactured with 0.125-inch fillet radii for superior structural integrity and fatigue resistance. Note that due to this high-strength design, the use of chamfered or narrowed engine bearings is required. The journals are micropolished to a mirror finish and the entire surface is nitrided to ensure maximum surface hardness and wear resistance.
