The Manley Turbo Tuff Series 94mm Stroker Crankshaft is engineered for high-output Mitsubishi Evolution X engines that demand increased displacement and superior rotating assembly strength. This crankshaft provides a 9.3% increase over the factory stroke, significantly improving torque production and power potential. Machined from premium 4340 billet steel, the Turbo Tuff design features fully knife-edged counterweights to optimize balance and reduce windage at high RPM.
Every Manley crankshaft undergoes a meticulous manufacturing process including stress relief, shot peening, and 100% magnafluxing to ensure structural integrity under extreme load. The multi-step heat treatment and nitriding process result in a hardened surface for maximum journal longevity in high-boost applications.
