This cover is engineered from durable die-cast aluminum with reinforced ribs to increase housing rigidity and strength. To manage temperatures during heavy towing or high-performance driving, built-in external fins transfer heat from the gear oil to the ambient air. The high-clearance design ensures full compatibility with vehicles equipped with a factory rear track bar.

Maintenance is simplified via a large oil level sight glass and a 1/8-inch NPT calibration plug set to the factory fluid level, preventing overfilling. For maximum gear protection, this system includes a deep-reach magnetic dipstick and a large neodymium magnetic drain plug to capture and remove metallic debris from the gear oil.
