The ARB Air Locker RD99 provides 100% traction on demand for Ford 9-inch differentials equipped with 35-spline axle shafts and 2.00-inch bearings. This pneumatically operated locking system allows you to transition from a conventional open differential to a fully locked state with the flip of a dash-mounted switch, ensuring maximum torque is delivered to both wheels simultaneously regardless of ground traction.
Engineered for extreme off-road reliability, the RD99 features a high-strength two-piece design with minimal moving parts and a patented timed locking mechanism for ultra-fast engagement and disengagement. The unit is equipped with a steel-reinforced, elastomer-bonded annular seal designed to maintain integrity across extreme temperature ranges and harsh climatic conditions.
