Fits 1999-2023 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty and 2000-2005 Ford Excursion models equipped with Dana 60 front axles.
The aFe POWER Pro Series differential cover provides superior thermal management and protection for your front axle. Engineered from durable cast aluminum with integrated internal and external fins, this cover maximizes heat dissipation to keep gear oil temperatures stable during heavy towing or off-road use. The increased fluid capacity improves performance over longer durations compared to the stock stamped-steel cover.
- Enhanced Cooling: Built-in external and internal fins transfer heat from the oil to the ambient air for maximum cooling efficiency.
- Particle Protection: Includes a magnetic drain plug and a deep-reach magnetic fill plug to capture loose metal particles, protecting your ring and pinion gears.
- Precision Maintenance: An integrated oil level sight glass allows for fast visual inspections, while the calibration plug is set to the factory fill level to prevent overfilling.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Manufactured from high-strength cast aluminum with a black finish and CNC-machined fins for rugged durability and a premium look.
