Replace the heavy, multi-piece factory unit with the DSS 4-inch aluminum one-piece driveshaft (CHSH7-A-4). This high-performance upgrade is engineered to significantly reduce rotating mass, resulting in sharper throttle response and more efficient power delivery to the rear wheels. Built to handle the torque output of the 5.7L Hemi and 6.1L/6.4L SRT engines, this aluminum shaft eliminates the carrier bearing and mid-ship CV found in the OEM assembly, removing common points of failure for high-horsepower builds.
