The aFe Power BladeRunner EGR cooler addresses common failure points in the factory cooling system. Built for durability in high-heat diesel environments, this cooler is constructed entirely from new stainless steel components. While many factory units utilize brazed joints that are prone to thermal cracking, all connections on the BladeRunner are TIG-welded to ensure maximum structural integrity and long-term reliability under pressure.

The internal core features six thick-wall heat exchanger tubes. These larger-diameter tubes are specifically engineered to resist the carbon buildup and soot clogging that typically lead to overheating and EGR system failure in the 6.0L Power Stroke engine.
