By reducing the pulley diameter to 2.65 inches (Ø67.25mm), this kit increases the supercharger's spin rate to provide a significant boost increase of approximately 4.5 PSI (±.5). This bolt-on upgrade is engineered to provide a perfect balance of lightweight rotation and high strength for high-output 6.2L supercharged engines.

The pulley is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in a black hard-anodized coating with laser-etched sizing for durability. The internal hub is crafted from 17-4 stainless steel to ensure a high-strength, corrosion-resistant interface with the supercharger snout. This two-piece design allows for precise fitment and reliable power delivery under heavy load.
