Manage under-hood temperatures and improve exhaust scavenging with the original DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap. Engineered with LR Technology, this wrap is manufactured from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material, and woven into a proprietary pattern. This construction is more durable and pliable than standard fiberglass wraps, providing a tight, secure fit for automotive and motorcycle headers or downpipes.
- Heat Resistance: Withstands 1800°F direct and 2500°F intermittent heat.
- Installation: Extremely pliable material does not require pre-wetting or DEI HT Silicone Coating.
- Durability: High resistance to abrasions, oil spills, and vibration-induced breakdown.
- Finish: High-tech carbon fiber look that maintains its integrity over time.
- Dimensions: 2 inches wide by 100 feet long.

Installation Notes: Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended as it may lead to overheating and reduced service life. Due to the high heat retention of titanium alloys, this wrap should not be applied to titanium exhaust systems. Note that the fibers lose flexibility after heat cycling and are not designed to be moved or removed once installed; avoid wrapping flex-pipes or joints.
