DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is engineered from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave for maximum thermal protection. This 2-inch by 15-foot roll utilizes LR Technology to withstand higher temperatures than standard fiberglass wraps, helping to reduce under-hood temperatures while increasing exhaust scavenging for improved performance.

Designed for professional-grade durability, this wrap is extremely pliable, allowing for a tight, secure fit without the need to pre-wet the roll. It resists abrasions, oil spills, and vibration-induced breakdown, and does not require an additional silicone coating for protection. The finished installation provides a high-tech carbon fiber appearance.

Note: Not recommended for wrapping catalytic converters or flex-pipes. After heat-cycling, the fibers will lose flexibility; do not attempt to move or remove the wrap once cured. Warning: Do not use on titanium exhaust systems, as they are designed to dissipate heat quickly and wrapping may cause the alloy to become brittle.
