The DEI Titanium Powersport Exhaust Sleeve Kit provides high-performance thermal insulation for enthusiasts who prefer a clean, streamlined alternative to traditional exhaust wrap. Constructed from DEI’s premium Titanium material, this sleeve is engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, protecting riders from contact burns and reducing radiant heat that can damage sensitive components.
Designed for universal powersports applications, this 2-inch diameter sleeve slides directly over the exhaust pipe. For proper installation, the pipe must not have welded brackets or fittings, as the sleeve requires a clear path to slide over the end of the tubing. This comprehensive kit (MPN 10022) includes all necessary hardware and a specialized tool to ensure a tight, professional-grade fit.

- Two (2) 1/4 in. x 9 in. stainless steel positive locking ties
