The DEI Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve (MPN 10038) provides advanced thermal insulation for high-temperature exhaust components. Measuring 12 inches in length and sized for 4-inch diameter tubing, this sleeve features a unique knitted construction that allows it to expand up to 1.5 times its resting diameter. This flexibility allows for easy installation over exhaust flanges, sensor bungs, and tight bends without the need for component disassembly.
Engineered to withstand a continuous temperature of 1382°F and intermittent peaks up to 1800°F, this sleeve effectively contains radiant heat to protect sensitive under-chassis components and reduce cabin floor temperatures. The titanium fiber material is naturally resistant to chemical spills, oil, and vibration breakdown, providing a durable, high-tech carbon fiber appearance that does not require pre-wetting for installation.
