The DEI Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve offers professional-grade thermal management for high-performance exhaust systems. Specifically designed for 4-inch diameter tubing, this 24-inch sleeve utilizes DEI’s Titanium technology to significantly reduce radiant heat transfer, protecting sensitive under-chassis components and lowering cabin floor temperatures. The material features a technical carbon fiber look and is engineered to withstand extreme heat, with a continuous rating of 1382°F and a maximum temperature limit of 1800°F.
Installation is streamlined by the sleeve's unique knitted construction, which allows it to expand up to 1.5 times its resting diameter. This flexibility enables you to slide the sleeve over exhaust flanges, oxygen sensor bungs, and complex bends without disassembling the entire system. Highly pliable and durable, the sleeve resists vibration breakdown, oil spills, and abrasions while requiring no pre-wetting for installation.
