The CSF 8180 Fan and Shroud Kit is a precision-engineered cooling upgrade designed to replace the dated factory fan assemblies found on 1980s transaxle Porsches. While functional, original fans often suffer from high electrical draw and diminished efficiency. This kit utilizes modern SPAL electric fan technology to move significantly more air while maintaining a lower profile and more efficient power consumption.

The shroud is constructed from laser-cut aluminum and finished in a durable satin black for an OEM+ look. It is designed as a true "drop-in" fit for the CSF #7088 high-performance radiator as well as the original equipment (OE) non-turbo Porsche 944 radiators. By sealing the fans against the core, the shroud ensures that the dual 1180 CFM fans pull air through the entire surface area of the radiator for maximum thermal exchange.
