Bushwacker Cut-Out Style Fender Flares are engineered for extreme off-road applications requiring maximum tire clearance and wheel travel. These flares allow you to open up the wheel well to accommodate larger tire packages while maintaining essential body protection from mud and trail debris. Each flare is manufactured from proprietary Dura-Flex 2000 ABS material, a thick, warp-proof composite designed to remain flexible in sub-zero temperatures and resist chalking under intense UV exposure.
The pro-grade matte black finish is ready for immediate use or can be custom-painted to match your build. Installation is supported by heavy-duty stainless steel hardware, ensuring the flares remain secure during high-articulation maneuvers. Please note that this Cut-Out style requires drilling and sheet metal cutting to achieve the intended clearance and fitment.
