Flex Discs

A worn flex disc (also called a guibo or flex coupling) introduces driveline vibration, clunking, and accelerated wear on surrounding components. This collection includes replacement flex discs that absorb torsional shock and allow for small angular misalignment between the transmission and driveshaft or between driveshaft sections.

Selecting the correct flex disc is critical for proper fit and performance:

  • Check the bolt circle diameter, number of bolts, and bolt hole spacing against your vehicle's flange pattern.
  • Measure the disc thickness and center bore dimensions to ensure compatibility with your driveshaft and pilot bushing.
  • Consider material options; factory rubber discs balance vibration isolation with durability, while reinforced composites may handle higher torque loads.
  • Inspect the flex disc for cracking, fraying, or deformation—replace it in pairs if your vehicle has two, and always replace associated hardware when worn.

Each flex disc in this collection is built to meet or exceed OEM specifications for fit and longevity, giving you a smooth, quiet driveline without the guesswork.
