The ACT XACT Flywheel Streetlite is engineered to significantly improve engine response and acceleration while maintaining the durability required for both street and race applications. Unlike multi-piece flywheels that utilize bolt-on ring gears or inserts, this flywheel features a one-piece forged construction. This design provides uniform heat transfer from the clutch disc and eliminates common failure points like warped inserts or loose ring gears.

Each unit is CNC machined from heat-treated forgings for maximum strength and toughness. To ensure smooth operation at high RPMs and long-term service life, the ring gears are induction-hardened and the entire assembly is dynamically computer balanced.
