The ACT XACT Streetlite flywheel (600355) is engineered to provide noticeably improved engine response and faster acceleration by reducing rotational inertia. Unlike multi-piece designs that utilize hardware or inserts, this one-piece forged unit provides uniform heat transfer from the clutch disc to prevent warping and ensure consistent engagement. Each flywheel is CNC machined and dynamically computer balanced to maintain smooth operation at high RPMs.
- Manufactured from heat-treated forgings for superior strength and toughness
- Induction-hardened ring gears provide maximum service life and gear mesh durability
- One-piece construction eliminates the risk of loose ring gears or warped friction inserts
- Precision CNC machined and computer balanced for reliability in high-performance applications
