The Clutch Masters FW-635-SF lightweight steel flywheel is engineered to replace the heavy factory unit, significantly improving engine response and reducing turbo lag in forced induction applications. Designed and manufactured in the USA, each flywheel starts as a 1045 steel billet core before being precision CNC machined on Haas lathes for exact tolerances.
To ensure smooth performance and longevity, these flywheels are zero balanced to spin 100% true and finished with a black oxide coating for superior rust prevention. This flywheel is SFI 1.2 Certified, making it suitable for both high-performance street use and competitive motorsports. It is designed to be paired with Clutch Masters FX100-FX500 single disc clutch kits or twin disc options.
