By replacing the heavy factory cast iron unit with a billet aluminum body that is 40-60% lighter, this flywheel significantly lowers the Moment of Inertia (MOI). The result is a more responsive engine that revs faster and accelerates harder through the gears.
Built for longevity and serviceability, the Fidanza flywheel features a replaceable 1050 steel ring gear and a bolt-on, heat-treated friction plate. This unique design ensures optimum clutch grip and allows you to refresh the friction surface without replacing the entire flywheel.
