The BorgWarner AirWerks SX-E S200SX-E 7670 SuperCore assembly provides a high-efficiency foundation for custom turbocharger configurations. As part of the performance-driven SX-E line, this unit is engineered for faster transient response and increased flow capacity over standard S200 frames. A SuperCore includes the compressor cover and the complete center housing rotating assembly (CHRA), allowing you to pair the unit with a turbine housing that matches your engine's displacement and A/R requirements.
- Forged Milled Compressor Wheel (FMW): Features advanced aerodynamics for improved airflow and structural integrity during high-boost operation.
- Integrated Speed Sensor Port: Pre-machined compressor housing allows for easy installation of a turbo speed sensor.
- 360-Degree Thrust Bearing: Enhanced thrust surface area provides increased durability and reliability in performance applications.
- Optimized Compressor Cover: Includes a pre-machined boost port and improved inlet geometry for maximum efficiency.
- Modular Design: Does not include a turbine housing, giving builders total flexibility in exhaust side selection.
