The Nitrous Express Ford 5.0L nitrous plate system (MPN: 20959-10) utilizes proprietary Spraybarless technology to provide superior atomization and distribution. The billet aluminum plate installs directly between the factory throttle body and intake manifold, featuring integrated solenoids for a low-profile look and simplified plumbing. Installation is further streamlined with a direct-plug-in fuel line adapter, removing the requirement to cut or modify your factory fuel lines.
For reliable operation, the system includes a TPS Auto Learn switch that limits nitrous activation to wide-open throttle (WOT) conditions. This complete kit provides adjustable power levels through included jetting and all the heavy-duty hardware required for a professional-grade installation.
- Adjustable jetting included: 35, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, and 250 horsepower
- 10lb nitrous bottle featuring the Lightning 500 billet aluminum valve
- Precision-machined billet nitrous plate with integrated solenoids
- Stainless steel braided N2O line and stainless bottle brackets
- Includes master arming switch, relay, relay harness, and installation hardware
