The ARB Fridge Wiring Kit (10900027) provides a dedicated, heavy-duty power solution for your portable fridge freezer, specifically engineered to minimize voltage drop over long cable runs. This kit features 20ft (6m) of double-insulated 8-gauge (6mm) automotive cable, ensuring consistent power delivery for optimal cooling performance in off-road and overlanding environments.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: 8 AWG (6mm) double-insulated cable designed to withstand automotive environments and reduce electrical resistance.
- Secure Connection: Includes a threaded surface mount socket to prevent accidental unplugging over rough terrain.
- Customizable Installation: The kit is pre-assembled with an in-line fuse and 8mm (5/16") battery eyelets, while the socket-end terminals are supplied loose to allow for custom trimming and soldering to the exact length needed.
- Voltage Protection: Maximizing cable gauge and minimizing length helps prevent your fridge's low-voltage cutout from triggering prematurely.
