The AEM Fuel Pulse Damper (MPN 25-4002) is engineered to stabilize pressure pulsations within the fuel rail caused by the rapid opening and closing of large injectors and high-volume fuel pump operation. By smoothing these pressure waves, the damper ensures more consistent fuel delivery and improved tuning stability in high-performance applications.
Constructed from fully anodized billet aluminum with stainless steel springs and a durable fluorosilicone diaphragm, this unit is designed to withstand all fuel types. It features an integrated 1/8" NPT port, making it easy to install a mechanical pressure gauge or electronic transducer directly to the damper body.
- Pressure Range: Designed for systems operating between 40-70 PSI.
- Fittings: Includes AN6 ORB fittings for versatile plumbing options.
- Integrated Port: 1/8" NPT port for pressure sensors or gauges.
