The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump is a comprehensive fuel system upgrade designed for 1991-1993 Dodge D250 and D350 models (5.9L). This in-tank assembly replaces the factory sending unit and eliminates the need for external sumps or draw straws, effectively solving the common 1/4 tank fuel starvation issues encountered with high-flow fuel systems.
Engineered to support up to 800 hp, the PowerFlo utilizes a dual gerotor pump design to increase flow capacity and improve reliability over the factory configuration. This unit is a direct OEM-style fitment, requiring no drilling or cutting of the fuel tank. The kit includes a fuel gauge sending unit and float to restore accurate dashboard readings, along with a mechanical pump block-off plate for a clean installation.
