The Snow Performance Xtreme Series Multi-Pump Fuel Hat replaces the restrictive factory fuel bucket with a high-flow, billet aluminum manifold designed for high-horsepower builds. Engineered, CNC-machined, and assembled in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum, this fuel hat features internal passages that eliminate the need for unreliable T-fittings, rubber hoses, or plastic lines that often fail or deteriorate over time. The assembly is finished in black anodizing for superior corrosion resistance, ensuring full compatibility with E85, ethanol blends, and pump gasoline.
This fuel hat is designed for return-style fuel systems only and features oversized female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports for maximum volume. The CNC-machined body secures up to three genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps (sold separately) using Viton chemical-resistant O-rings for a leak-free seal. This unit retains essential factory tank functions, including the OE fuel level sending unit mounting, EVAP system, and filler neck.
