AEM High Volume Black Billet Fuel Rail for 1990-2001 Honda Accord and Prelude (25-104BK)

Fits 1990-1997 Honda Accord and 1992-2001 Honda Prelude models.

The AEM High Volume Fuel Rail is engineered for high-performance builds, featuring a massive 1/2-inch internal bore to provide the consistent fuel flow required for applications supporting up to 1,000 horsepower. This large-bore architecture serves a dual purpose: it provides the volume necessary for high-demand setups while dampening backpressure pulses generated by large aftermarket injectors. This rail remains compatible with factory injector sizes for versatility in staged builds.

CNC-machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and finished in a durable black anodizing, this rail integrates seamlessly into the engine bay. It includes a 1/8 NPT port for easy installation of a fuel pressure gauge or nitrous pick-up. For plumbing flexibility, the rail is pre-tapped to accept -6 AN or 9/16"x18 fittings and includes a custom adapter to retain the factory fuel line where required.
