The Skunk2 Composite High Volume Fuel Rail provides superior thermal insulation and flow compared to traditional aluminum rails. Constructed from a proprietary carbon-impregnated, aerospace thermo-polymer composite, this rail is 33% lighter and 60% stronger than aluminum counterparts. By insulating the fuel from both radiant and conductive heat transfer in the engine bay, it maintains fuel temperatures up to 100°F cooler, promoting denser fuel delivery for increased horsepower and torque.

Designed for high-output builds, the rail features a large 0.625-inch internal bore to dampen fuel injector pulsations and smooth interior finishes with radius-cut outlets for optimized flow. The composite construction allows for specialized internal geometry that eliminates sharp angles common in drilled-aluminum designs. This rail is compatible with all fuel types, including alcohol-based fuels, and is rated to support up to 1,200 HP.
