The Titan Fuel Tanks 8020011 is the definitive upgrade for narrow-frame utility vehicles, offering a 40-gallon capacity in a rugged, after-axle configuration. Engineered to replace failure-prone steel OEM tanks, this unit is constructed from military-grade, cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE). This advanced polymer is one-third the weight of steel, virtually indestructible, and naturally resistant to the corrosion and lining delamination that plagues metal tanks. Its seamless, one-piece construction eliminates weld failures while providing superior thermal insulation to reduce fuel condensation.
