Turbo XS lower intake manifold gaskets provide a high-performance sealing solution for EJ-series Boxer engines. These gaskets are engineered to replace worn OE seals and withstand the extreme thermal cycling and intake pressures common in turbocharged applications, preventing vacuum and boost leaks that can lead to erratic idling and lean conditions.
The gaskets are constructed from a graphite-coated composite material, which provides excellent heat resistance and ensures a precise seal between the intake runners and the cylinder heads. The graphite coating allows for the necessary thermal expansion of engine components while ensuring the gaskets do not stick or tear during future manifold maintenance.
