The Banks Power 63735 Universal OBD-II Splitter Cable allows for the connection of two devices to a single OBD-II port. This Y-cable is engineered with a low-profile, right-angle male plug to ensure minimal interference with the driver's footwell and surrounding dash panels, maintaining a clean and tucked installation.
This splitter is specifically designed to facilitate the use of Banks electronic devices alongside aftermarket accessories like retractable power steps. Note that because most vehicle ECMs are limited to communicating with one diagnostic device at a time, using two active monitors simultaneously may lead to one device failing to report data correctly.
