The AEM 30-2052 RTD-type temperature sensor is designed for precision monitoring in high-performance tuning applications. Unlike standard perforated tip designs, this sensor utilizes a closed-tip platinum thin-film element that offers superior longevity and faster response times with less exhaust restriction. Encased in durable Inconel tubing, the internal wiring is protected from extreme heat and vibration, ensuring a stable signal under high-load conditions.
This kit includes a 90-degree bend at the sensor tip, making it ideal for installation in tight exhaust manifold runners where space is limited. It comes with a weld-in sensor bung featuring machined M14x1.5 threads and is terminated with a high-quality 2-pin DTM-style connector for a secure, moisture-resistant electrical connection. This sensor is the standard replacement for the AEM 30-0305 EGT gauge and requires no calibration when used with AEM gauges.
- Temperature measurement range: -40 to 1,560°F (-40 to 850°C)
- High accuracy: +/- 0.9% from 536 to 1,560°F
