Red Line Assembly Lube provides critical protection for internal engine components during the first seconds of operation. Designed to prepare wear surfaces and prevent metal-to-metal contact before the oiling system reaches full pressure, this lubricant is a staple for professional engine builders and performance enthusiasts. Unlike traditional assembly lubricants, Red Line's formula is fully compatible with motor oil and will not plug filters after initial startup.
This lubricant provides three times the film strength of conventional black Molybdenum Disulfide greases and acts as an effective rust and corrosion inhibitor, making it ideal for components intended for long-term storage.
- Use on camshafts, lifters, pushrods, piston skirts, main bearings, rod bearings, and bolt threads
- Provides 3x greater film strength than conventional black Molybdenum Disulfide greases
- Will not clog oil filters after initial engine start-up
- Excellent rust and corrosion protection for parts in storage
- Recommended and used by leading camshaft and drivetrain manufacturers
- Note: Do not use on exhaust bolts or high-temperature fasteners requiring anti-seize
