The ARP 147-2502 Balancer Bolt Kit is a critical upgrade for maintaining the integrity of your engine's bottom end. Factory balancer bolts are known to stretch or back out under the high-torque conditions typical of Cummins diesel engines, which can lead to harmonic damper failure and crankshaft damage. This ARP hardware kit provides the high clamping force required to keep the balancer securely torqued during heavy-duty use or high-RPM operation.
- Specifically engineered for Dodge Cummins 5.97L 12V and 24V applications
- Forged from premium 8740 chrome moly steel for maximum strength
- Heat-treated to ensure consistent load distribution and reliability
- Includes a heavy-duty parallel-ground washer to prevent surface galling
