The ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Spring Kit is designed to optimize the rear suspension of the second-generation Raptor, providing a significant upgrade in ride quality, load handling, and off-road durability. This multi-rate design allows for a refined initial stroke to soak up small chatter while providing the necessary support for high-speed impacts and heavy bed loads. Each spring pack has undergone "ICON 1K" testing, enduring over 1,000 miles of high-intensity off-road use to validate its performance, strength, and long-term durability.
This kit replaces the factory leaf packs and is engineered to maintain a controlled stance under various driving conditions. Please note that for proper clearance and component protection, a bump stop spacer kit is required if you are not using ICON's hydraulic bump stop system.
- Direct replacement for OEM leaf springs on 2017-2021 Ford F-150 Raptor
- Multi-rate configuration for improved comfort and bottoming resistance
- ICON 1K tested to ensure survival in punishing off-road environments
- Compatible with ICON hydraulic bump stop kit (PN: 95121)
- Required: Bump stop spacer kit (PN: 95226) must be used if PN: 95121 is not installed
