Maintain a leak-free driveline with the Rugged Ridge Oil Seal for the NP231 Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) housing. This replacement seal fits 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler models equipped with a converted NP231 transfer case.
Specifically engineered for use with the Rugged Ridge SYE kit (MPN 18676.60), this seal replaces worn or damaged factory-style components that have lost their tension. Built by Omix-ADA to exacting specifications, it prevents gear oil from weeping out of the tailshaft housing, protecting your transfer case internals and ensuring the integrity of your drivetrain after lifting your Jeep. It installs directly into the SYE housing to provide a secure, tight seal against the slip yoke.
