This Cometic MLX (Multi-Layer Stopper) left-side head gasket is engineered for high-performance sealing under extreme cylinder pressures. Built with multiple layers of embossed stainless steel and coated with a Viton rubber outer layer, this gasket provides a superior seal that requires no additional sealants or re-torquing. The integrated stopper layer increases clamp load around the combustion chamber without increasing bore distortion, ensuring maximum reliability for forced induction LS9 builds.
