This gasket is constructed from multiple embossed layers of stainless steel, offering superior rebound and corrosion resistance compared to composite alternatives. The outer layers are coated on both sides with Viton, a high-temperature fluoroelastomer rubber capable of withstanding operating environments up to 250°C (482°F).
