Fits select 1994-2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse, Lancer Evolution, Eagle Talon, and Plymouth Laser (2.0L).
ARP head bolts provide the critical clamping force required to maintain a reliable cylinder head seal on the Mitsubishi 4G63 engine, especially under increased boost or high-compression conditions. Unlike factory torque-to-yield (TTY) bolts that must be replaced after every use, these ARP fasteners are manufactured from 8740 chrome moly steel and are fully reusable.
Each bolt is heat-treated to a 200,000 psi tensile strength and features threads rolled after heat treatment for significantly higher fatigue strength compared to standard hardware. This kit is a direct upgrade for the 7-bolt 4G63 found in later DSM models and the Evolution VIII/IX, ensuring your head stays seated during high-performance operation.
