This ARP Head Stud Kit is a critical upgrade for 2.5L TFSI owners pushing the limits of their platform. In high-performance applications where increased boost pressures are common, factory torque-to-yield (TTY) bolts can stretch, potentially leading to head gasket failure or cylinder head lift. These studs provide a significantly more consistent and higher clamping force than OE hardware to keep the cylinder head securely mated to the engine block under extreme cylinder pressures.
- Engineered for Audi 2.5L DAZA and DWNA engine codes
- Replaces factory one-time-use torque-to-yield head bolts
- Provides superior clamping force for high-boost and big-turbo applications
