These studs are engineered to replace factory stretch bolts, providing the superior clamping force required for high-boost twin-turbo applications. The Custom Age 625+ super-alloy offers a typical tensile strength of 260,000 psi, significantly outperforming standard chromoly fasteners.
- Manufactured from Custom Age 625+ super-alloy for extreme tensile strength and fatigue resistance
- Undercut (U/C) shank design allows for more consistent clamping loads during thermal expansion
- 12-point nuts allow for higher torque application and easier access in tight engine bays
- Threads are rolled after heat treatment for 10x better fatigue life than standard fasteners
- Centerless ground to ensure perfect concentricity
- Includes heavy-duty washers, 12-point nuts, and ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant
