Fits 2004 and newer Chevrolet LS-series Gen III/IV engines equipped with cylinder heads requiring all equal-length studs.

The ARP 234-4317 Pro Series Head Stud Kit is a critical upgrade for any high-performance Chevrolet LS build, providing significantly more consistent clamping force than factory torque-to-yield (TTY) bolts. These studs prevent cylinder head lifting and gasket failure, especially in applications utilizing high compression, turbochargers, or superchargers.

Manufactured from premium 8740 chrome moly steel, these fasteners are heat-treated to a 200,000 psi tensile strength rating. The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which ensures superior fatigue strength compared to studs with threads cut before heat treating. This kit is designed for blocks where all 10 primary head bolts are the same length (approximately 100mm).
