Ensure your cylinder head stays sealed under high-performance conditions with the ARP 2ZZGE Head Stud Kit (MPN: 203-4302). Fits select 2000-2011 Toyota Celica GTS, Corolla XRS, Matrix XRS, Lotus Elise/Exige, and Pontiac Vibe GT (1.8L). These studs provide the superior clamping force needed to prevent head gasket lift in high-compression or forced induction builds.
Unlike factory head bolts that are designed to stretch, ARP head studs are manufactured from premium 8740 chrome moly steel and heat-treated to 200,000 psi. This construction ensures consistent, repeatable torque and a reliable seal even under extreme cylinder pressures. Each stud is centerless ground for perfect concentricity and features J-form threads rolled after heat treatment for maximum fatigue strength.
