The aFe Power BladeRunner exhaust manifold is engineered to solve the common cracking and warping issues found in factory 24V Cummins manifolds. Constructed from heavy-duty ductile iron with a 0.25-inch thick wall design—significantly thicker than the 0.15-inch stock unit—this manifold provides the structural integrity needed to withstand high heat and pressure. The merged runner design and machined ports reduce backpressure and improve exhaust flow by up to 50% over the OE manifold, resulting in faster turbo spool times and sharper throttle response.
