Fits 2000-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models (I6-4.0L).
The aFe Power Twisted Steel performance header is engineered to optimize exhaust flow and velocity for the Jeep 4.0L engine. Using pulse control technology and mitered collectors, this header improves scavenging to ensure efficient power delivery across the entire RPM range. The assembly is constructed from 14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for superior heat resistance and durability compared to standard thin-wall headers.
To ensure a leak-free seal and prevent warping, aFe uses a precision-machined 1/2-inch thick head flange. This header is a 100% bolt-on upgrade, requiring no cutting or welding for installation, and is designed to retain all factory emissions components for street-legal performance.
- 14-gauge 409 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing
- Heavy-duty 1/2" thick CNC-machined head flange
