These headers are engineered specifically for the 3.7L Cyclone engine, replacing the restrictive factory manifolds with a high-flow design that produced dyno-verified gains of up to +14 HP and +15 lbs. x ft. of torque. Constructed from 1-5/8 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, these headers offer superior durability and heat resistance for long-term street or track use.
- Mitered Merge Collectors: 3-to-1 mitered merge collectors decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity compared to standard formed collectors.
- Durable Construction: Features 100% MIG-welded joints for race-proven strength and heavy-duty, laser-cut machined mild steel flanges for a precision, leak-free seal.
- Bolt-On Installation: Designed as a direct bolt-on system that integrates with the factory exhaust; includes gaskets and lower outlet hardware with no cutting or modifications required.
