Replace restrictive factory cast iron manifolds with these BBK Performance Tuned Length shorty headers. Designed for a direct-fit installation, these headers utilize 1-3/4 in. CNC mandrel-bent tubing to optimize exhaust flow and improve scavenging waves for better combustion. This results in increased horsepower and torque while improving overall engine efficiency and fuel economy compared to stock or equal length headers.

Each header is built for durability with a heavy-duty 3/8 in. laser-cut flange to prevent warping and ensure a leak-free seal. These units are robotically and precision hand-welded, then pressure-tested for long-term reliability. The polished silver ceramic coating provides a clean appearance and helps manage engine bay temperatures by retaining heat within the tubes. Proudly made in the USA, this kit includes new exhaust gaskets and all necessary hardware to complete the install.
