BBK Performance tuned length shorty exhaust headers are engineered as a direct-fit replacement for factory OEM manifolds on GM full-size trucks and SUVs. These headers utilize 1-3/4 inch CNC mandrel-bent tubing to provide an unrestricted exhaust path, improving scavenging waves for more efficient combustion compared to stock manifolds or standard equal-length designs. Each header features a heavy-duty 3/8-inch laser-cut flange to prevent warping and ensure a leak-free seal against the cylinder head.

Built for long-term durability, these headers are robotically and precision hand-welded before undergoing pressure testing. The polished silver ceramic coating not only provides a high-show finish but also acts as a thermal barrier to reduce underhood temperatures. This complete kit includes everything needed for a bolt-on installation without the need for custom fabrication.
