Fits 1987-1995 Ford F-150 models (5.0L / 302 ci).
Replace your restrictive factory cast-iron manifolds with BBK Performance shorty unequal length headers to improve exhaust scavenging and engine efficiency. These headers are engineered with 1-5/8 inch CNC mandrel-bent tubing to provide an unrestricted path for exhaust gases, resulting in noticeable gains in horsepower and torque. Each set features heavy-duty 3/8 inch laser-cut flanges that resist warping and ensure a leak-free seal against the cylinder head.
Constructed for long-term durability, these headers are robotically and precision hand-welded before undergoing pressure testing. The Titanium Ceramic finish provides superior heat insulation and corrosion resistance compared to standard painted finishes. This kit is a direct-fit, bolt-on upgrade and is 50-state legal (CARB approved) for street use.
