These BBK Performance shorty tuned length exhaust headers are engineered as direct-fit replacements for restrictive factory manifolds. Constructed from 1-5/8 in. CNC mandrel-bent tubing, they provide unrestricted exhaust flow and improved scavenging waves for better combustion efficiency. Each header features a heavy-duty 3/8 in. laser-cut flange to ensure a warp-resistant, leak-free seal against the cylinder head.
Finished in a titanium ceramic coating, these headers are built to withstand high temperatures, reduce under-hood heat, and resist corrosion in demanding environments. Every set is robotically and precision hand-welded before being pressure tested to ensure long-term reliability. These headers are 50-state legal and CARB approved, making them a compliant performance upgrade for street-driven trucks and SUVs.
